Qusrtions on traffic lights?

what are stale green light, point of no return, fresh green light? and what do they do/>? what is tail light? clutch? since im not a native speaker, please explain it to me using easy words thank yoiu

a stale green light is a green light that has been sitting there for a long time.

a fresh green light is a green light that has JUST turned green moments ago from being a red light

the point of no return, is when it's a yellow light and you go halfway; you can't turn back -- just go through it

tail lights are the lights on the back of your car

a clutch is the third pedal on the left side in a car with a manual transmission

A green light is a green light until it ain't a green light no more. THEN, it is something else. The same for a red light.

Thre irs no such thing in the traffic code that discusses the yellow light so it is never a factor in a traffic light case. Only red ones and green ones.

The POINT at which you have ran a red light is determined at the VERY instant that your front tires entered the intersection -or crossed the stop line-or entered the pedestrian cross walk. The light is either red (ooops) or NOT red.  And your guilt or innocence is determined at that moment, no other.

A tail light is a legally required light attached to the rear of the vehicle and able to be seen by cars approaching from the rear and MUST be operable from dusk to dawn when the vehicle in on the road.

A Clutch is a mechanical device used to connect and disconnect engine power to the transmissoin and on to the rear wheels.
