  1. I buy my Alpha Lipolic Acid at Puritans pride

    http://www.puritan.com/?afid=27&safid=Go...

  2. go to iherb.com or vitacost.com or swansonvitamins.com and you will see dozens of manufacturers of RALA. I personally like brands like Doctors Best or Jarrow or Now or Life Extension and there are many other reputable sellers. I personally have used RALA for nine months now and have stopped using ALA

  3. Thorne Research and Pure Encapsulations sell R-LA.  However, these professional brands are generally only available through licensed health care professionals.

Fortunately, you can purchase Thorne's products through a fantastic mail-order company called NEEDS.  Try their website: needs.com.

    Best wishes and good luck.

p.s. I just checked Puritan's Pride (I generally have a very low opinion of their products) and they only offer the mixed isomer form of lipoic acid (which confirms my poor opinion of them).
