Mam - Queen, Elton John, Deep Purple, Classical - she likes most classic rock too though.

Dad - Steely Dan, Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, Brazilian music XD [He doesn't listen to music that much]

Brother - RAVE. Not good rave though, S****y 'Clubland' music.

My friends mostly listen to Fall out boy, Boys like girls, Mayday Parade, and one likes Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana :(

My dad isn't a music person, but occasionally listens to Bob Dylan, The Beach Boys, and CCR.

My mom likes the beatles

My sister likes all time low, mayday parade, cobra starship and other alternative stuff....

So not exactly the best music surrounds me...

That's why I spend so much time on here....there are people here who *actually* listen and like the music I listen to. I can't find that anywhere else...

Mom: 80's pop, rap, and hip-hop. Jessie's Girl is her favorite song and she thinks Rick Springfield is hot stuff... no matter what she says, she is anti-rock n' roll/psychedelic, which is what I listen to...

My mom's boyfriend: rock n' roll

Dad: French, Spanish, jazz, and alternative. He's got the Beatles, the Police and Cream on his iPod but I don't think he listens to them much.

My dad's girlfriend: Same as my mom. Her brother 'traumitized' her by playing too much Led Zeppelin when they were in high school, so she stears clear of rock.

My dog: She gets uneasy when my mom turns on the hip-hop but she seems quite at ease around the likes of Led Zeppelin.

Oh! I almost forgot friends...

Mikayla listens to rock n' roll (that was my doing...)

Maya and Kelsey listen to Broadway/musicals

Emily... listens to whatever she feels like at the moment, but mostly calm, French music

Jake listens to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queen, and I have no idea what else...

Megan listens to rap, hip-hop, pop and country

Delaney listens to psychedelic music (yay!)

Sam listens to what I listen to (he's the one that got me on all the music I like)

Gracie listens to... well, I don't really know, honestly. I think she secretly likes her brother's music...

My father has said he likes classic rock like Yes and The Marshall Tucker Band and he attended concerts by them.  Although, I've never heard him listen to any music :S

My mother likes Christian Alternative.

My older brother likes mainly Indie Rock, but also some classic rock, grunge, and old school & gangster rap.

My younger brother takes after me.  He likes mainly post-hardcore, along with metalcore and some deathcore.  He likes more Pop Punk than I do though.  His 2 favorite bands are Underoath and A Day To Remember.

Meh... My friends are into techno, rap, pop and some of them rock, but not so much...

Parents: Jazz, Classical, Ethnic music, some classic rock, maistream rap like Flo Rida and pop. My father might like melodic metal because I gave him to listen to Death and the Healing by Wintersun and he liked it...

Well....my sister (nineteen) LOVES old-school punk, (i.e. The Damned, The s*x Pistols, Stiff Little Fingers) my Mom likes old-school lounge lizard stuff, (i.e. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr.) my Dad is stuck in the eighties what with all the Queen and new-wave. And me? I'm not sure what I like. Mostly Alternative stuff I guess? i.e. The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Raconteurs, The Hives etc.... Well kinda alternative. But I enjoy a good hippie-dippie song too.

And my friends? They all listen to absolute c**p.

Friends: In general, S****y mainstream rock like Nickelback and Disturbed. Some listen to actually good music though, like the Beatles and Dave Matthews.

Sister (17 years) - hip-hop, pop, dance, pop-punk, anything that's in basically

Sister (12 years) - pop, rnb, hannah montana/miley cyrus, etc

Me (19 years) : Hard Rock/Grunge/Metal (Thrash/Death/Black/Alt, and some Nu Metal bands like Korn and Deftones)/Alternative/Indie/Punk/Pop-pun... love trance too, but not the dance stuff like ATB and Milk Inc, I like hard trance artists from Tidy Trax and also UK Hard House fron Nukleuz/I am particular about the rap/hip-hop i listen to but Kanye West, T.I, and Lupe Fiasco are great, old school like Tupac and Warren G, are also awesome/I've tried my hand at some jazz, but only the likes of Katie Melua and Norah Jones.

But, for the most part it's Rock/Metal day-in, day-out.

Heh,it's alright.It's not a bad question,it's an interesting poll.

I know that my father listens to classical music.

My stepfather mostly likes rock music-he got me into David Bowie and Brian Eno amongst other things(and I got him into Godspeed You!Black Emperor!).

My mother likes soft rock music,she's crazy about the Beatles(heh,who isn't,I know,but here in Greece it's less common).

My sister is currently in love with Morrissey and The Smiths and she listens to nothing else.

Friends:It varies,I've got friends that play the violin and are into classical music,and I've got friends that are metalheads,but my closest friend likes embarrassing stuff.:P

My dad likes country, my mom doesn't really listen to anything besides Elvis. I got all of my brothers and sisters into loving classic rock, so that's awesome. Most of my friends listen to some classic rock, but mostly some bad modern bands.

Ive converted my closest friends to Rock, the heaviest they like is Iron Maiden and Megadeth. The rest listen to chart, dance muck, etc.

My Dad likes country/blues and I have cd's from both thanks to him, lol.

My Mum likes Ill Divo, Elvis, etc.
