Someone wrote me this from y/a

"No, democrats are not for abortion. nobody is FOR abortion. don't be silly. you are fine in your perogative that christians are against abortions. but that does not mean that they are against people to chose according to their own views." (Btw, this person claims to be Christian.)

My stance is abortion is wrong (except those very rare occasions) and I AM against those who don't stand for this - politically & personally. (Of course ultimately they will face God for there on actions).

  1. as if "their own views determine what is right and what is wrong"

  2. paraphrase --> "I am not personally in favor of such a thing, but let each person choose for himself what is right in this case"

....isn't that kind of what Pontius Pilate said?

  3. The right and wrong things should not have exceptions. If it is right you follow it. If it is wrong, you avoid it. Do not try to bend the rules as per your convenience, and get support from Bible for that.

  4. The Bible says though shall not murder. Not though shall not murder unless you are pregnant and do not want to have a baby.  Any Christian would know that.  There are Democrats who do stand for it and Democrat who do not.  I am anti abortion all the way.  (Count the boos on this)  If anyone is a Christian and they are pro abortion they need to reevaluate their stance. Why should they get mad at their spouse for cheating on them its just a choice and the have the right to make it.  My guess is that this person likes the whole idea of being a Christian but does not want to live by Gods word.  When you are in fact saved in your heart, you will live by GODS word.  I think that if anyone has an abortion they should be able to be tried for murder.  If it could risk their life to have the baby then they should trust God to keep them safe and if not it is their time to go home.

  5. If it's wrong, it's wrong.  I don't understand how someone could say they think it's killing and then say "I wouldn't do it but it's ok for someone else".

  6. I agree with you, not the person you quoted.

  7. I'm democrat and atheist and this is one thing I disagree with them. I think that abortion is ok if there is something wrong that they can tell before it is born. Or if it was an accident. Other than that it should be illegal.

  8. If NOONE is for abortion why have we killed millions and millions of babies????

  9. Just another personal opinion.

    What's that they say?

Opinions are like armpits- everyone has them. And some stink.

  10. I think someone's personal choice to have an abortion or not is none of your business.  And who are you to judge what "rare occasion" is acceptable?

  11. I agree with the first half. No one wants anyone to get an abortion but they believe a person has the right to choose. I am against abortion but my opinion should not affect someone else's right to make that choice for them selves.

  12. I agree with 'someone'...    nobody is FOR abortion, but nobody should restrict another's choice to have one...!

and if your god exists... well, let him punish people 'when their time has come' rather than having punishment metered out by CHRIST FEARING PEOPLE TODAY!!

  13. I agree with the first paragraph (nobody is FOR abortion, but people have the right to choose)

I find your stance to be intolerant and close minded. Ultimately, you will have to live with the consequences of your choices.
