I believe some can be.  I have had many dreams that later on actually happen in real life.  Who knows though...

They can be, mostly they're there to help you see what you conscious doesn't. Because when you're asleep, it's your subconscious who's in charge.

Dreams sort through what you've been through that day and your emotions.

I find that my dreams help me realize what I don't see when I'm awake.

i think it's a mix of everything like daily activities..subconscious things to help you solve problems and also i have a belief that it might have something to do with the future sometimes.

Ive had a couple reoccruing dreams that have come true. Like the death of my mom & me being pregnant. But the dreams that i only have once dont ever happen

Usually, no. If you picked up some clues and emotions subconsciously in the day, your brain might toss them around and possibly come up with a solution, which may or may not be what's going to happen the next day. you have to account for people changing their minds, misreading emotions and mixing up real events and past ones. so, if you decide you want to be a dream psychic for a living, don't quit ur day job. The probability's very slim that you'll get it exactly right.

Doubt it. Dreams consist of your own memories and are made of them so I dont see how they can possibly show the future... but I dont know much about dreams.
