round off back handspring...

i can do it myself but i dont pop my shoulders early enough and dont snap it down good

my hand stand snap downs are perfect but my snapdown in my back handspring in garbage!

HELP!

  1. Practice blocking. It's when you go into a handstand and push through your shoulders so you jump off your hands. Just do this in tthe middle of your BHS and you can get so much rebound.
