R penguins poor losers??

ok in game 2 after being down 3-0 the penguins began gettin nasty whcih tells me they are very poor losers first they went after Johaan Franzen aka the mule when they knew he had just recovered from a concussion and then when ozzie was behind the net that mollan or something hit him with a cheap shot trying to take out our goalie i smell a little bit of jelousy here because the penguins are down 2-0 and have yet to even score on the red wings while the red wings have scored 7 goals in only 2 games and yea i believe the red wings will win now if it will be a sweep or w/e i dk but expreince will beat youth any day and the red wings are full of expereince GO WINGS!!!

i'm sticking with my choice. I pick the pens to win in 6 games. i really think they can win both at home...then game 5(most important) will be the determining factor. if they have enough momentum I hope the pens go into the joe and steal a game there in detroit. if they do that...then I think they win the cup. game 6 in PITTSBURGH would just end the series. pens are 8-0 at home....and 16-0 since februrary of this season.

they are very frustrated and it is showing towards the end of the game.

Try learning how to SPELL and learn names. The Penguins don't have anyone named mollan, and can't even think of something close. Osgood DIVED. Yeah I saw it, you saw it, everyone who watched the replays saw it. I thought it looked a little questionable at first, but then in the angle from behind the net you saw it was a weak hit and Osgood DIVED and stared at the ref to get the call. As to hitting Franzen yeah I thought Roberts hit on him was pretty cheap, but most of it was what you were going to get out of frustration.

No. Believe me if the shoe was on the other foot it would be the same thing. This happens in every playoff series. When a team gets dominated they start to show their aggresiveness.

Their play has been beyond sad..but the DIVE  by Osgood was absurd. Sykora barely tapped him. Watch the replay.

As far as experience beating youth any day ummm all I can say is Ducks 2003 and 2007 *ahem*

Pens haven't lost the series yet, and they haven't lost a playoff series this year.  So check back after the Pens win it in game six and we'll see who's the sore loser then.

and its really too bad, I have (scratch that) had respect for this team, they have built the team from within and made the right moves at the trade deadline.

They can take all the cheap shots they want, our payback will take place when when they are forced to watch the Wings hoist the cup!

Its looking like they are sore losers to me.  With the rivalry between the Wings and Avs there weren't players hitting the goalies or near the late hits and that series was capped off with Detroit scoring 8 goals and winning all 8 meetings between the teams this year.

Hey Jaques Strappe, I thought the Penguins lost to Ottawa in the first round. I wouldn't have guessed that the Stanley Cup finalists hadn't lost a series this year.

BTW-Detroit hasn't lost a playoff series this year either

Now to answer the question. The Pens were taking a lot of cheap shots at the end of the game. It's a mix of being sore losers and trying to make a mark going into game 3. I think the Pens will turn it around in Pittsburgh, though.

knocking down the goalie was idiotic, the fight was amusing and yet pathetic.

i liked the sign in the stands "waddle home penguins", pretty much says it all.

The Red Wings have gotten worse from other playoff opponents in the past.  At the end of the game I saw a Detroit team that could care less.  You're making mountains out of mole hills.

My children are capable of using proper capitalization and punctuation in a sentence,  it  was diffiult to follow  your question.  I am not sure which playoff season you have been watching, but they have been nasty all along.  It will be interesting at the igloo. I believe the Pens will take games 3 and 4 at home, lose 5 in Detroit, take 6 at the igloo and lose game 7 in Detroit. Most of the Detroit players will be done after this year, they will win the cup and leave. The Penguins will lose this year and come back and win it next year.  The Pens were sold out before the season even started, next season will be no different. There are many other teams in the East and West who will be real contenders for the cup over the next several years.

Know what the best part of their frustration is? It is very clear the Wings are so far in their heads that the guy they brought in for his experience to calm them down couldnt keep his cool either (I am speaking of Roberts...gutless the way he dirtied things up and never had to balls to square up in a scrum). That spells doom for the Pens....honestly I expected a better series than this. I am a huge Wings fan but I am so disappointed at how dominated the Pens are, I like hard fought close Cup finals...Oh well, maybe next year (guess I better dig in the closet and find my broom...d**n I hate extra work!)
