R there any good sites to teach me photography?

I like photo.net. Although it dosn't have as much instructional things It has alot of user photos that can help you to begin to see how to take photographs. I think the best way to learn photography is to pick up a camera,, that allows you to be able to control things like shutter and aperature,, and begin taking pictures. Also get a book from a library if you have acess to one.
