  1. According to the Government of Ontario, your name can be formally changed if you are younger than 18, provided that a parent with legal custody of you fills out the necessary forms.  

    There are a few conditions that you have to meet with regards to citizenship, residency, etc., and it probably takes a while...

  4. Your parents chose your name for a reason. It must have a good meaning attached to it. I'm sorry you're not happy with your name but be a good child and bear with your name another year. You'll be able to change it yourself next year without your parent's permission. What they don't know won't hurt them. It will hurt your parent's feelings when they find out but you have to do whatever makes you happy.
