R4DS Equivelent for GBA? Is there a GBA Flash Cart?

Is there a GBA flash cartridge?Like for the DS has the R4DS. If so which one and which one is the best? And it works on the ds gba slot right?

The E-link is actually pretty good i hear.

I got my R4 from DealExtreme so I trust them. Took a long time to arrive but it did come in mint condition.
