R4ds Missing Disc please help?

My Niece has got a R4DS but has lost the disc that came with it can anyone tell me where I can download this disc as she wants to install it onto her pc I dont have a clue what is called have been on the website but there are things called Kernels and I havent got a clue, please help

A majority of people don't have the disk, not sure why it just never gets included.

Go onto the website and download the most recent Kernel, then copy it onto the micro SD you're using for the R4 card, make sure the SD is completely blank before doing this.

Then make a new folder called 'Games' If youre wanting to use it for backup roms
