witch is better for a mid to high handicapper looking to add distance and accuracy

First off....distance and accuracy come from good contact delivered with a solid golf swing.   A properly fitted shaft will enhance the mechanics but will never replace them.  they do not come from a piece of equipment.  No matter what anybody says  Good ball striking will always trump equipment changes

I would have to say that the cgb would be more for distance and the Superquad would be more for accuracy.

I own a Superquad and love it, I also tried the cgb but I found its shaft was a bit too light for me.
