Question

I Think My Brother Have Rabies But I'm Not Sure If it is Rabies

I think Last week he eated Biscuit and the biscuit is licked by a dog

then when he eat it I saw it then I Try to get the biscuit on his mouth

then I got it Then Now he has a Fever.

Do you Think Its a Rabbies?

Give me too the symptoms of Rabbies and How to Prevent It..

If it's your pet dog and it's alive and well for 10 days after the event you describe, the dog does not have rabies.

The symptoms of rabies include confusion and an inability to swallow water as the throat goes into spasms often at the very sight of water (hydrophobia). This symptom of throat spasm can also be elicited by blowing air (using an electric fan, for instance) on to your brother's face (aerophobia). If he does not have any of these symptoms, he does not have rabies either.  

Rabies can be prevented with rabies vaccine taken before the above symptoms appear. So if the dog is a stray, consult your MD and he'll tell you the schedule of shots to be taken.

Incubation period for the viral disease to enter into the body and  appearance of symptoms ranges from 3 weeks to 3 years or more.

The patient can't look at shining substances, convulsions take place, fever, shouting like dog, etc.

I believe the only way you can get rabies is to be bitten by the affected animal. You brother just may be sick. If you are still worried take him to your family doctor.
