For regionals, you'll want to try to make a lot of fixes. Actually, this deck would probably just die to the retarded amounts of unoriginal Gladiator Beast/Lightsworns, but this deck could be very interesting on a casual level.

First, you need 3 prismas.

-1 Elemental Hero Neos

-1 King of the Swamp

+2 Prisma

If you're going to take this to regionals, fit in as MANY threatening roars and wabokus in as possible. They will save you ridiculous amounts of times.

Only 1 Emergency call? DEFINITELY have 3.

-1 Monster Reincarnation

-1 Hand Destruction

+2 E - Emergency Call.

To be blunt, I think you'll just waste your time at regionals. You unfortunately can't win without a ridiculously powerful Gladiator Beast or Lightsworn deck.
