RAM error with RAM Installed

Hi thereI have a pronble, with this pentuim 2 computer , I recently upgraded the video card and CPU, but now the PC says there is no RAM in it.Specs : P2 400 Mhz CPU, Asus P2VB Motherboard , 64 MB RAM , Windows ME , 128 Mb ATI Rage Card, I changed the ram to another machine and the ram is fine.Please helpThanksRoger
