i like it 6/10

But to narrow it down to 40 -

-Take out one or two of the blue-eyes. there is no need for 3 unless you have blue-eyes ultimate.

I know that's not down to 40 but it will help.

Also, correct me if i'm wrong (unless there is a magic card i'm not seeing) but you have B. Skull Dragon (fusion of Summoned Skull and Red-Eyes B. Dragon). you only have Summoned Skull, Maybe you forgot to list Red-Eyes but that won't work unless you have both monsters!

And where are your trap cards? you cant expect to win constantly with no trap cards. You may win, but not a lot.

I will give it a 5/10 theres too much to worry about in that deck. So, what you will have to do is at least base is on one type. You have alot of mixed cards in this deck so once you get it on just one type you will make it go down to less then 40 probally. Then you will have space to put in some trap cards. Like Mirror Force, Bottomless Trap Hole, etc. But, if you have a big deck like this it will be hard to play with and get the cards you need.

having dragons in a deck is a bad idea, they may be fun or cool, but they don't win. I agree with 1st answerer, wheres your traps? I would get all your cards together and pick 20 monsters that go together and 20 magic/trap cards that either destroy opponent cards or make for easier summoning/stalling while you get the advantage.
