RB/WR that also return kicks?

Question

In my league, rushing and receiving yards are 1 point per 10 yards. However, return yards are 1 point per 20 yards. I was wondering if there are any good players that start at RB and WR for their team, in addition to doing a fair number of returns for their team (Brian Westbrook, Maurice Jones-Drew, and Devin Hester come to mind). I have my draft in a few hours, so I'd like to look over some options.

Wes Welker, DeSean Jackson, Devin Hester, Lee Evans

Westbrook doesn't return kicks that often.  He might once or twice a season.  Especially now that the Eagles have DeSean Jackson
