RCA 32V434T Changed recomended part: New Problem

Question

I changed the Transformer and also the Transister recommended to change when the transformer went out. Now the tv powers on. I can feel the static in the screen when it comes on, but there is still no picture or sound. It stays on for about a minute with flashing red power light. Then turns off by itself making a static noise right before. Did I do something wrong when installing something? Or is there another part that might need to be replaced? Thanks in advance.
