RCA 61 inch TV No sound / No picture just a little...

Question

I have a 7 year old 61 inch RCA projector TV model p60928The repair man said it needs a power suppply or HV componts .For them to reapir it the charge is over 400.00I would like to know if i can buy the parts myself, Where do i get them and a manual ? It's not worth me spending 400.00 but i have a friend that'll help me fix it if i can get the parts. right now i have no picture and no sound only a little click when i hit the power button.Thanks Lisa
