RCA BIG SCREEN TV - COLOR PROBLEM

THE RCA TV COLORS ARE LAPPING OVER EACH OTHER CAUSING THE PICTURE TO SHOW BLUE GREEN AND RED.
WE HAVE TRIED COLOR SETTINGS BUT IS DOES NOT SEEM TO DO ANYTHING.
