RCA D52W26 television. How do I change the aspect ratio without the remote?

It's stuck on wide screen so when we are watching regular television programs the sides and top/bottom are cut off? We lost the remote and the universal remote will not do it?? Thanks

Usually, you would change the aspect ratio by using the left and right cursor buttons also used for navigating the TV's setup menu. Unplug the TV for about 10 to 15 seconds then plug it back in .It needs to reset itself That should work for you.
