RCA MP3 Player Model S1010A

Question

I had problems turning my MP3 Player on.the play button is used to turn the unit on.First i had problem turning it on and now nothing is showing on the screen when i try to sync the device. the computer doesn't even read it anymore and the device isn't showing any signs of getting power.i have tried new batteries.I you don't have a solution could you give me a phone number for assistance about help and warranty because i think i still have 1year warranty on the device because it was purchased in march at walmart.Please respond back
