RCA Opal M4008

Question

I recently received this MP3 player as a gift and plugged into my computer but the driver is not detected. I also installed the information with the disk but is still saying not detected. HELP!every time i try to hook it up the usbcable won't connect and it says boot error! please format unit help!!!!!!!!!!
