I have an RCA F36668YX51 (36" TV). My TV scrolls thru different option menus for no apparent reason! The problem is definitley worse after the set has been on for a while! If I leave it off for a couple of days it seems to clear up for a day or two....then the problem will randomly return! Could this be a problem with the control panel...or possibly be initiated by low voltage on the electrical circuit it is pluged into? Your input would be greatly appreciated! I would also like to find out where I could download a service manual for free! Or find out what the part number is for the control panel!
