RCA TV will not turn on

Question

I have an RCA 32" TV model F32650 that will not turn on, the light at the switch on the TV will come on then go off. You website has said that it may be the transformer with part number 257805. Is this a replacement that can be done at home by myself? Do you have a picture of this part so I could try to locate it in the TV as well as a wiring diagram for this model?
