RCA converter image ?

i followed the instructions but when i turn the converter on i get a fuzzy image , like the tv image dosent look as good as digital. What's the problem? why isnt their a good image when i turn the converter on?

    Is this a TV converter box?

    Did you connect an antenna?

    Did you check at antennaweb.com where to point your antenna?

    Are you watching a digital (say 5.1) or analog channel (say 5) ?
