RCA rt2770 keeps going back to factory settings... I've tried talking (through email) to RCA w/o

I've tried talking (through email) to RCA w/o an answer. Will probably call them tomorrow but really don't want to have to send it to them because it's somehow defective. Anyone know why it might be doing this?
