HOWEVER, I LOGGED ONTO MY FRIEND'S UNSECURED NETWORK AND IT GOT INTO THE INTERNET BEAUTIFULLY. MY PROBLEM IS, IF I GO TO THE LIBRARY WIFI HOT SPOTS, I CAN CONNECT TO THEIR WIFI CONNECTION, BUT IT WILL NOT GET ME THROUGH TO THE INTERNET. THE MESSAGE SAID "YOU MIGHT NEED TO SIGN UP WITH THIS NETWORKS ISP TO GET ACCESS TO THE INTERNET". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? THE LIBRARY PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO EVEN LOOK AT THE LAPTOP.
