I am thinking about opening a vietnamese pho soup cart or booth somewhere but i would like to know who do YOU think eat pho and where do YOU think i should open it? thanks for reading this :)

Phở is now becoming a popular dish to all racial groups, just like burritos, hot dogs, hamburgers.  It doesn't really matter where you open a phở eatery; you will have customers.  I've seen Caucasians, blacks, Asians, Latinos eating phở.   One thing you must watch out for is that phở is not a finger food or "hand held" food (e.g. hot dogs), so you can only sell to-go or prepare to have tables for sit-downs and that would fall under the zoning ordinance.
