REALLY IMPORTANT...flying question??

okay so heres the deal. i dont think that i have ANY government identification and im flying to california from new hampshire thursday. is there ANYTHING else that will prove im and american citizen and make them let me through security?? also my mom is going through security with me and she has a drivers license etc. will that be good for me too?

It depends on how old you are. If you're too young to have a drivers license and you're traveling with your mom, you should be fine (unless it's an international flight in which case you absolutely must have a passport. They won't let you back to the states without it!) But, like the other guy said, you should be able to get a government ID from your local DMV. It won't be a drivers license, but it will ID you as an American citizen and whatnot. Have a fun trip!

School ID will NOT work.

Passport will. Needs to be  Govt issued PHOTO id.

Go the DMV today, and they can get you an official ID normally.

If you are under 18 you do not need to have ID.
