Its a phillips GoGear SA33xx. it asking for

Vol add Key = repair. but the thing is which key is it and how do i press them. it wont update also is it broken? i only got it a month ago

  1. It sounds as if the button that makes the audio louder is broken. Try pressing it a bit and if nothing happens, just take it back and complain. Maybe they'll give you a bonus for your trouble!
