So, I have a Microsoft computer or whatever it is called (I'm not very good with computers). And, anybody with this type of computer would know that there is a blue band thingy at the bottom of the screen and on the left it has start and then it shows the websites you are at. Like this: http://z.hubpages.com/u/149702_f496.jpg Well, my start band thingy somehow, I'm not sure how, got moved so it is going vertically up the right side of my computer screen. How do I move it back down to be vertical and on the bottom of the screen.

  1. Click it, hold down the mouse, and drag it to whereever you want it to be.

  2. The "band thingy" is called the "taskbar".

You can click on it and drag it down to the bottom of the screen (while holding down the left mouse button) to move it back to where it started.

  3. left click and hold then move

  4. its called a taskbar cause there's where all the "tasks" are, right click and uncheck "lock the taskbar, then hold down on it and drag to the bottom of the screen.

when your done, lock it so you wont move it accidentally.

  5. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using...

  6. that always happens to me when the task bar moves to the other side of my computer. it took me forever to find out how to move it. but i just lift clicked it and moved it back.

  7. Left click the bar and hold it, then drag it down to the bottom of the screen, after you do this rt click, then click on lock the taskbar, that way it won't move again
