I have this absoloutely HORRIBLE teacher. Today in the first lesson alone she had made three girls cry (me included). By the end of the day she had made four cry. I had got in a little spot of trouble with her yesterday afternoon, so today I went up to her, made a genuine apology, was really polite, and she shoved a worksheet in my face and told me I wasn't welcome in her class anymore! She has told five girls this so far AND is spreading rumours amongst the other teachers about us! To make 4 girls cry is bad enough, but then spreading lies amongst other staff! That's just crazy. Me and my friends are thinking of not attending her classes and instead getting a geography tutor. What can I do with this teacher?

  1. tell your counselor, another trusted teacher, or your principle asap about the situation.  It is absolutely not right for her to be abusing her power as an authoritative figure.  something similar happened to me when I was in the 7th grade- my science teacher told my best friend that I was a bad influence and that she shouldn't hang around me, although I got excellent grades (made honors!) and was an especially nice, polite, respectable student, my only downfall was that I missed A LOT of school!  anyways, it really bothered me and I told my dad and he got upset and called my principle and the principle handled it right away and the teacher apologized.

  2. First and foremost tell your parents. Then tell your guidance counselor. If nothing happens, go up the ladder of authority eventually to the Board of Education if necessary.

An evil teacher is much more detrimental to a person's education than anything else.

  3. dont ignore the subject rather talk to your parents to talk to the principle and that too with the four girls to gether.. that will fix her well... its not good that your image is spoilt in front of other teachers.. that will give you a lot of trouble rather eighter all you 4 girls talk to principle directly or ask your parents to collectively do that...

  4. you need to do 2 things

one talk to your parents and get them to discuss with the other parents. if the will go see the principle then good

you also need to write a letter and put your feelings in writing. I cannot think what the teacher is trying to achieve by her actions but that is what you need to know. is is clear that she feels your behaviour is not acceptable but you need to find how to change this to keep her happy to teach. in life there will be lots of times you will have to deal with bosses etc whom you don't get on with. you have to come to some compromise as it is necessary to be in contact with this person at this time.

dont keep it to yourself this is something you need to discuss with those who can bring some peace to the situation.

    good luck :)

  5. i would f-ing go to the student counselour and tell them everything.. fire that freak

    bring your friends

  6. Well, report her to the principal, or get a new teacher. You're not going to perform well if you are unhappy, and teachers are actually there to help you. Not have you in tears....

I had a math teacher that was the same, and when I moved classes I went from an E average to an A.

    Good luck!

  7. That is terrible. I had a teacher similar to that. She was real terrible, even when I was nice to her. Constantly kept giving me attitudes when I really didn't deserve it! However, I highly suggest you tell your mom about the whole situation. And make her file a complain against that teacher. If that doesn't work.. then it isn't worth staying in that particular school. If she's going to be nasty and spread rumours to several of the other teachers. Or just get a different tutor. If she/he acts the same, then just switch schools. But I'm really sorry to hear that, hun. Some teachers dispise children. There's nothing we really can do about it. Just quickly solve the problem before it gets a slightly bit more serious than it is now. Good luck!
