REALLY sharp pain in head?

i get this once i a while but this last week ive been getting it a few times a day, it starts on the right side of my head twords the back then like zings down my shoulder, then it's gone. Any ideas what it could be? Or any body ever have this befor? it's starting to kinda scar me, lol
