REAR PROJECTION TV. picture quality?

i have no idea about t it but one of my custome customer offer me a MITSUBISHI MODEL VS-50VA2 (50"?) $300 work good.

i run restaurant need TV for football season my restaurant not dark but have full neon lighting..

How the picture quality of those TV..Should i buy it?

  1. The TV that your looking to buy is a good durable TV from what I know.

    Lighting in the restaurant shouldn't effect the picture outside of having a direct light on the screen.

    The thing I would say to you is that most sports now are broadcast in High Definition and this particular set is not HD capable.

    The TV is not digital and in February 2009 all over the air transmissions will be broadcast digitally. This will not be a problem if you have a cable or satellite box.

    If you just need a large TV and willing to sparse on the picture quality this is a good buy.

    Sometimes you can find in your local paper or online like eBay fairly good sets that you could use for your restaurant that are HDTV's for not much more money. Maybe another option to look into.
