RECV (Regal Empress Cruise Vacations) out of Ft. Lauderdale FL., legit?

Hello, I recently purchased a cruise deal for a great low low price for a trip to the Bahamas. I redeemed it for the $25 fee then was sent my certificate in the mail in which I call the RECV (Regal Empress Cruise Vacations) registration dept. in FL to get registered and pay for the port charges of $59 per person. Once this is paid (within 30 days) I will have 18 months to take the cruise or I must forfeit.

Has anyone ever dealt with this company before? It seems legit, but I am not too sure...thanks to all.

Well...Ive seen the ship and wouldnt take it but you might like it. You can look at cruisecritic.com for more info on what other people have experienced. My friend purchased one for us for Christmas, but after seeing the ship I made him get a refund ( which took about 4 weeks and 5 calls to the Better Business Bureau in Florida) they have a negative rating with the BBB
