TOP SECTION IS NOT COLD AT ALL AND I HAVE ON THE HIGHEST SETTING POSSIBLE..THE BOTTOM FREEZER SEEMS TO BE WORKING JUST FINE BLOWING PLENTY OF COLD AIR. I EVEN CLEANED THE BOTTOM AND BACK GRILLES.
