REG MARKERS VS. WATERCOLOR MARKERS

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?? ITS NOT THAT ONE IS WASHABLE CAUSE YOU HAVE REG WATERCOLOR MARKERS AND WASHABLE WATERCOLOR MARKERS... SOOO DOES ANYONE KNOW????

Crayola is one of the more famous companies that makes makers that can easily come off of most clothing and little kids faces and arms. Most makers are water based but some of the dyes used in the product will leave a mark or can ruin clothing. Most permanent markers have some acetone in them, creating the smell and the permanence.
