REGARDING CARPEL TUNNEL SURGERY!!?

I JUST HAD CARPEL TUNNEL SURGERY AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE THAT HAS HAD THIS DONE, HAS EVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS AFTER THE SURGERY. EVEN MONTHS AND YEARS LATER?

  1. Personally no, but had friends who had that type of surgery.

    The results were good but upon repetitive use of the same appendage using the same repetitive tasks (work), the condition came back after several months.

    I think the doctor who did the surgery warmed her about exactly that.

    Sure enough, it did.

    Either change the job  or retire ( stop working altogether.)


  2. Yes my brother had carpal surgery 5 years ago & his hand pain is still real bad...but now with a scar! I have avoided carpal surgery so far by using these compressive gloves that my orthopedic specialist recommended, I wear them every night to keep my wrist still & straight. My brother has them too & finds they help him more than the surgery did. He's tried a few different things since his surgery but he says these gloves work the best coz he's not having more surgery.

  3. well i never had it but my grandma has.... um ya she still has some pain but she stared working before she was done healing.... im sure u'll be fine!!!! good luck!!!!
