I had my flair sent in for repair and did not get a repair ticket telling me what was wrong with the unit that they fixed. Am I suppose to get a slip telling me what it is they fixed on it? Secondly, I was told my unit was under warranty when I bought it but didn't get a warranty card for it. Can I still get one as I just bought it brand new about 8 months ago? How do I go about doing it?If I provide my serial number to you techs can you tell me what was done/repaired to my unit? I like to keep my records straight.Bonnie
