I am currently a registered Republican, but only because I haven't yet bothered to change my registration to Libertarian.

Also, I am not only NOT a typical Republican, I'm not a typical ANYONE in the area of movies & music.

I hardly ever watch movies that are modern enough to be in color.

I watch TCM.

If I do watch something modern, it usually has a twightzone-ish feel to it.  I love ghost stories (a bit spooky or charming, NOT horror) and I love time travel movies.  While I do watch the occasional Zombie flick, I only watch the more humorous ones, like "Sean of the Dead" & "Creeps."  More spoof that horror.

And I listen to Big Band Music, like Glenn Miller, Cab Calloway & Louis Armstrong.  I may sometimes even listen to more modern music, like music from the 80's.

i don't really have a favorite band. But my favorite music is punk rock.

As for movies i like comedies and sci fi.
