This is a very bad decision.  To begin with, the languages are totally incompatible, so Texas' technicians would never be able to understand French engineers.  French speakers generally don't pronounce the final consonent in their words, and texans don't understand the ones which came before it.

    While the French may use a variation of ASCII (American Standard for Computer Information Interchange), Texans use a regional dialect called TexMexSCII, which resembles Spanglish, only different.

    Finally, the electrical characteristics of the two regions are worlds apart.  RF signals have no trouble propagating through the wine and cheese the French are famous for.  In Texas, we have to build our radio towers 30 meters higher than anybody else.  This isn't just so that we can say everything is bigger or taller in Texas, but because 30 meters is the depth of cattle manure covering the landscape.

    In the name of harmonious international relations, I strongly suggest that you take your RFID some place more aminable to your goals.
