I'm sorry, but I could not help laughing at this question. "the most ignoring person" You most likely don't know what ignorant means, that's why you say ignoring and cover it up.  If you don't care that it is you then why ask such a question?

i think the word you are looking for is annoying pay attenion in english and ignorant doesn't mean somebody is stupid it means they have never been tought not their fault being stupid means somebody tryed to teach you something but you didn't want to learn so educate yourself so you don't look ignorant or stupid when you talk
