Well just close your eyes and rest. Put a bandage on that eye so it won't like your eyelids will stay down u know like you can't open that very eye. anyways so thengo to a 24 hour pharmacy and get a cream or somethin

I JUST am now healing from this. I have dry eyes and going out in the cold caused the skin to rip off my eyeball per my Opthamologist. It hurts like h**l. Saline drops won't help. The only thing that stopped the pain was numbing drops given by my Dr. If you can afford it or have insurance, a trip to the ER is your best bet. I found out the hard way that it is VERY difficult to keep your eyeball from moving even when closed. It will take a couple of days for the skin to grow back but I also found out that even once it did grow back, it was still rough like. I kept feeling like there was something in my eye. Not as painful as when it first happened but still painful.
If you CANNOT get to a Dr tonight I would try refridgerating some eye drops or distilled water and then dropping them in your eye to cool it down to try and numb it up a bit.
You do NOT need an ambulance but you shouldn't drive yourself. Its hard to keep that eye even open let alone see and when you close up one eye, you can lose your depth perception.
