RIU Mambo in Puerto Plata Dominican Repub..anyone been???

Im going there in 3 weeks, anyone been there before? What's it like?

The Riu Mambo is located on the bay of Maimon near Puerto Plata. With public bus it take's 15 min to reach town. Talking about the hotel, this is a very good one, good service and a nice beach. Don't forget to explore this beautiful side of the country, but investigate well about the excursion prices, sometimes they are more expensive in the hotels!

I went to Grand Bahia Principe resort in Punta Cana, Domincan Republic but was right next to riu. All I can say about RIU is it is very nice, and EXPENSIVE but at my resort it was less for more where at RIU it's more for less. I read this on the reviews for each resort but I am sure it is nice.
