  1. I would say they are better than most processed flour crackers, but not as good as say, rice cakes, that are less processed.

looking at the ingredients online just plain ones can be VERY good:

Rice Meal, Corn Oil, Sea Salt

at the same time a differrent brand of flavored rice crackers:

Rice Flour, Almonds, Seasoning (Salt, Natural Buttermilk Flavor [Buttermilk, Whey, Maltodextrin, Skim Milk], Sour Cream Powder (Sour Cream [Cream, Nonfat Milk, Cultures], Cultured Nonfat Milk, Citric Acid, Tocopherols, and Ascorbyl Palmitate [Maintains Freshness]), Garlic Powder, Cultured Whey, Onion Powder, Spice, Yeast Extract, Parsley, Lactic Acid, and Natural Flavors), Potato Starch, Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil and Soy Lecithin (Processing Aid).

so i would say the 1st one is very good... the 2nd one, not so much.

  2. check for partially hydrated oil,  most crackers have it in them,   that is a very bad chemical for your system,

    good luck ;)

  3. i love chocolate rice cakes..by orville

  4. it is good because it is rich in carbohydrates but,if you are obese  or you are in diet ,that is not good

  5. they are not bad unless you eat alot of them
