I actually say it halfway in between ROZ and ROSE. Ask a german person and you'd understand what I'm talking about.

ROSE-a-lee for sure. I've never ever heard it said ROZ-a-lie! I know Rosalind can be said ROZ-a-lind or ROSE-a-lind, but I've never heard anything similar for Rosalie. Great name, by the way!
