ROYAL YORK AND LAKESHORE??

We are planning to move to Royal york and lakeshore neighbourhood so i want to know how is that neighborhood is it good or not?? by the way its in toronto. thanks

really nice area, expensive, but really nice.  close to everything! great place, im looking at buying a condo there within the next 2 years
