Question:

RSPCA Online?

I have reported a case of animal cruelty online through the RSPCA website. I have provided them with my address and phone number and I was wondering if they would tell the people I am reporting who I was. Do I stay anonymous?

Will they call round to my house when they have been or will they phone me?

Thanks

  1. They will ring you to confirm you are a genuine person and not a hoax complaint. You stay anonymous. They "may" contact you with an update; that's up to the officer concerned, they won't knock on your door out of the blue.

  2. You will stay anonymous.  I have reported things in the past (one thing actually, I don't want to sound like I make a habit of it!!) but I didn't get any feedback afterwards.

  3. You will remain anonymous, this is standard procedure. I've never used the website but I imagine you'll get a call back. If you haven't heard anything in a day or two I'd call them. What with this newfangled technology lol.

Well done for reporting it, it takes guts I know :-)
