  1. You bet.  I'm not up on it, but I have heard there are millions to be made in the 'rubbish/trash' removal business.  House clearances are also a good source of income, plenty of old junk stuff to recycle etc.

You'll be well advised to bone up on the recycling biz because that's where the really big money is to be made, so I have heard.

The links below are just three of thousands of firms operating here in London simply doing house clearances : -

There must be thousands of one and two-man bands [white van man types] doing it as well.

Remember, if you're gonna take a van into London, it might cost you £25 inside the conjestion charge zone.  Remember to pass that on to any customerp[s] you cram onto your list.

  2. as guy said metal yes but as for all other stuff you have to pay to get rid of it so by the time you work it people don't want to pay the price an get a skip but if its metal you can sell the scrap you get more for alloy and brass

  3. If there is metal involved there can be lots of money. The scrap value of metal has gone through the roof

  4. My cousin has a farm in France. They do not pay for rubbish collection in their Council Tax, it's done free by a private contractor who collects all the recycle stuff and makes money on that.
